New functional design

DisVoize Spain

DisVoize is a mobile application focused on audio broadcasting. It is primarily used in the tourism sector, where a guide transmits their voice to a group of visitors through their mobile devices.

The challenge of this project was to design and implement a new functionality that would allow users to purchase credits directly from the app, optimizing the speaker's experience during their broadcast sessions.

Insight

When users understand the equivalence of credits, they feel more secure and in control when making a purchase.

Need

The speakers needed to know how many listeners could connect and how long the session would last with the purchased credits.

Solution

A visual credit counter that decreases in real time was incorporated, along with a quick access button to the credit store within the same interface.

Broadcasting session

Insight

Having constant visibility of available credits gives guides confidence, allowing them to better control the duration of their broadcasts.

Need

An integrated progress bar was designed to show credit consumption in real time, accompanied by an instant purchase button.

Solution

Add a credit counter that gradually decreases, as well as a shortcut button to the credit store.

Do not interrupt the broadcast

Insight

Knowing that the audio is not interrupted during the purchase builds trust and reduces anxiety about losing the connection with the listeners.

Need

The speakers needed a way to purchase credits without pausing the active session.

Solution

A non-intrusive visual message was implemented confirming that the broadcasting continues while the purchase is being made.
