Website redesign
SODIS
SODIS Peru is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the inclusion of people with disabilities.
The project consisted of a complete redesign of the institutional website, seeking to communicate the organization's social purpose more clearly, improve accessibility, and offer a more modern, intuitive, and human experience.
The site was redesigned from scratch, moving from a rigid and technical structure to a more approachable experience, with visually appealing and action-oriented content.

Clear and accessible navigation
Insight
Thanks to data analysis with Google Analytics, it was identified that most users navigate the pages following the order of the main menu, which highlighted the importance of a clear and coherent hierarchical structure.
Need
Users needed to find essential information (programs, projects and contact) quickly and in an organized manner.
Solution
The information architecture and navigation bar were redesigned to maintain that natural flow, prioritizing the most visited content and improving user orientation.

Focus on accessibility
Insight
A site focused on inclusion should reflect that same philosophy in its design.
Need
It was necessary to apply inclusive design principles that would allow for more accessible navigation for all users
Solution
Good accessibility practices were implemented:
Appropriate contrasts between text and background.
Legible and scalable typography.
Navigation compatible with screen readers.
Large, easy-to-identify buttons and icons.

Visual consistency and modern experience
Insight
The previous design lacked consistency and did not reflect the evolution of the organization.
Need
The site had to project a modern, coherent institutional image aligned with SODIS's visual identity.
Solution
A new visual system was developed with an institutional color palette, clear iconography, and reusable components in Figma.
